When you have found the product you would like to buy, enter the quantity you would like and press add to basket. You can see how many items are currently in your basket in the top right of every page.

If you would like to view the contents of your basket in further detail or you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon, view cart and then checkout.

We currently take payments from VISA, MasterCard, Debit Cards and AMEX via PayPal. We also take payments via PayPal if you have an account.

If you have a valid promotional code that you would like to apply to your order, enter it in the box provided on the basket page.

We ship with Royal Mail. Delivery takes two to three working days in the UK and 2-3 weeks internationally.

Although we try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, it may take 2 to 3 working days until we can transfer the package to Royal Mail. So, it may take between 3 and 7 working days (UK) and 2-4 weeks (International) from when we receive your order until you receive the products.

Blossom Buys does its utmost to meet the stated delivery times. However, Blossom Buys is not liable for any delivery delay, irrespective of the causes.

Our promotional codes all have specific rules, and some products may be excluded from promotional offers. Please ensure that you are familiar with these exclusions before combining a promotional code with your order. Terms of individual promotional codes will be clearly stated on our website.

Bought something from us and need to return it? Contact us within 14 days of purchase at blossombuysinfo@gmail.com.  The only exception to this are sale items. The Blossom Buys returns, exchange and refund policy does not apply to sale products.

For items returned to us:

  • The items must be in the original condition and packaging.

  • Repackage the products securely and send to the address that will be provided upon contact.

  • Include the reason for the return, the order number and your email address.

Customers are responsible for returns shipping charges. Refunds will be given upon receipt and checks of returned products.
